Official contest rules: no purchase necessary

To enter, go to the Southwest Airlines' Spirit Magazine website at spiritmag.com (the "Site"), submit your letter, photo or advise. Entries must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m., the last day of each month. No limit on number of entries. Each entrant must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Pace Communications Inc., Southwest Airlines and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Winners will be selected by Southwest Airlines' Spirit Magazine staff at Pace Communications Inc., Suite 360, 2811 McKinney Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75204, on or about 45 days after the end of the contest.

Federal, state and local laws apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No substitution of prizes. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning are dependent upon the entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it deems, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, operation of the Web site or any official rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the promotion if it deems, in its sole discretion, that it is not capable of completion, including infection by computer virus, technical problems or force majeure. Use of automated entry devices or any other act that could impede the integrity of the contest is prohibited.

Winners will receive a Southwest Airlines Spirit Magazine t-shirt.

All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

The winners will be notified by either e-mail or telephone. If no response is received within 10 business days of notification, the prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you agree as follows:

a. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own all right, title, and interest, including without limitation, the copyright, in and to all the photograph(s) and other materials you submit (collectively, the "Submissions") via the Site; (ii) the Submissions do not infringe upon the rights of any third party (including without limitation any intellectual property rights and rights of privacy or publicity); (iii) you have read and fully understand all of these terms and conditions; (iv) you have obtained valid, accurate, written model release(s) for every photo submitted that contains an identifiable face or identifiable human; and (v) no promise or representation of any kind has been made to you by Pace   Communications or Southwest Airlines, except as is expressly stated herein.

b. You grant Pace Communications and Southwest Airlines (and any successors or replacements) and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the Submissions throughout the world in any media without payment of any compensation or consideration to you. You grant Pace Communications and Southwest Airlines and its affiliates and sub-licensees the right to use your name, city and state of residence   that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

c. You acknowledge and agree that nothing herein creates any obligation on the part of Pace Communications and Southwest Airlines to use the Submissions or any part thereof.

d. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pace Communications and Southwest Airlines from and against any and all claims, costs, losses, damages, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any third-party claim alleging any breach of representations, warranties, obligations or covenants set forth in this Agreement.

e. You represent and warrant that you are the age of majority in your state, and that this Agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing obligations or agreements entered into by you.

f. You release Pace Communications and Southwest Airlines and any person, firm, corporation or association deriving any rights of license from Pace Communications and Southwest Airlines from any and all claims or liability for damages for libel, slander, invasion of t privacy, right of publicity or any other claim arising out of this Agreement.
